-28 females of Pelibuey breed and Blackbelly; were coupled with a male Charolais (15/16).
-The feeding of the 2 groups was 1.2 Kg of stubble without corn and 300 gr of concentrated fattening of cattle per female per day.
-The experimental group was additioned 3 gr of lipofeed per female per day.
The fact of supplementing females with energy, gives as a result, the production of more kg at birth and during the first month of lactancy.
